Canada’s auditors need to get better at reviewing video on social media


The auditors at the Government of Canada’s Public Accounts Oversight Board (PAOB) have long been criticized for failing to scrutinize or even require the use of video analytics to identify and report problems in government, but they have finally started to do something about it.

In the last two years, the PAOB has launched audits of the government’s online and off-line operations, auditing more than 1,000 government websites, and cracking down on the misuse of social media by some.

The PAOB also launched a task force on the social media management of government websites.

But the agency has struggled to get any of its audits in the news.

The problem has gotten so bad that the PAOC has asked that its members not be quoted by name because of concerns over the negative consequences it may have for the reputation of the agency.

In a statement, the agency said it wants to use this opportunity to improve its ability to monitor and report on the practices of its auditors and the government of Canada.

The audit of the Government website has been going on since last October, but the PAOO has only been doing its own monitoring for the past month.

The agency said its website monitoring has been limited to the use the PAODO’s online platform, a tool that is used to check compliance with online rules and policies.

The website monitoring does not include other monitoring tools that are part of the PAOPs oversight of government, such as the government email system.

The organization said the PAOS website monitoring tool only monitors the websites and applications used by the PAOGO, not the people who create or manage those websites and apps.

The tool only includes the PAOs online platform and the PAOT website, not its employees.

“This website monitoring is a critical component of PAO’s oversight of the use and misuse of the platform by government employees,” said the agency in a statement.

“We are not aware of any other government website that uses this tool to monitor or monitor users.”

“The PAO has been monitoring and reporting on the use by government staff of social-media applications for over a year,” said Laura McLeod, the director of communications and public affairs for the PAOY, in an interview with CBC News.

“PAO has reported to the PA Office of Public Accounts on a regular basis, and there is nothing stopping them from doing so again.”

In May, the government revealed that it was paying for two new social-marketing platforms to run a new tool called “The Platform” that is supposed to identify the people behind any website or social-network activity.

But it has yet to use the new tool.

“The Agency has received many complaints regarding the PAOMo website monitoring service, and we are currently reviewing the PAoO website monitoring and are committed to implementing our policies and practices,” said a spokesperson for the government in a release.

“In this way, the Agency will continue to have a strong monitoring platform for the monitoring of our government and other government agencies.”

A spokesperson for Public Accounts said the tool that was used by PAO was designed for use by people who are paid by the government.

“Social media platforms have always been subject to high levels of risk and the monitoring platform is a tool to be used by employees who are not paid to monitor government websites,” the spokesperson said in a written statement.

The spokesperson also said that the tool was not intended to be a tool for people working on other government websites or apps.

“Any information the platform is being used to collect by PAOS is being collected for purposes other than those related to the monitoring tool,” said Marie-Claude Bédard, a spokesperson with Public Accounts.

“It is not an independent or open source data source for PAO to use, it is a software product that is being developed by the Office of the Auditor General for the purpose of monitoring the use or misuse of PAOs social media monitoring tools.”

The PAO said it is not aware that any of the other agencies have used the tools to monitor social-Media platforms, or that they are working with PAO.

“For this reason, it would not be appropriate to share any information about this tool with the public,” said McLeod.

“However, the tools have been used by all PAO departments to monitor the use, misuse, or abuse of social platforms.”

The new tool, which was developed in partnership with the Ontario government, will help PAOs to identify how they are being used by users and how to better control how that use and abuse is being conducted.

The new tools are expected to be launched in 2018.
